Here are the open positions for 2017: 

Park Monitor

Imagine spending a summer in the Trees! There are lots of perks to this job, like free climbing and Staff events, but the thing that makes this such a great job is that you get to work OUTSIDE! Park Monitors are the eyes and ears of the park. Their primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and well-being of the parks guests as well as provide assistance and guidance where needed. Along with all of Tree Staff, it is the duty of the Park Monitors to ensure that each guest has an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Park Host

The Park Host is the face of the Adventure Park and gets to work in the roots of the Park! Main responsibility is to greet guests and get them registered for a great day of climbing in the Trees! Our customer service does not stop there as the Hosts also work closely with the Group Coordinator to make sure they have everything they need! One of the best parts of the job is learning how to display and sell the retail items in the shop which include very cool Adventure Park clothing and snacks. The ideal hosts is one that enjoys making other people feel special, thrives in fast paced environments and is eager to learn as much as they can about customer service.

Office Staff

Just as important as any other aspect of the Park, is the behind the scenes action that occur in the office. Here is where ideas flow, brainstorming is an everyday activity and working with Groups creating amazing adventures are handled. The Office Associates enjoy the same perks as other employees, such as free climbing, but they are working with customers through the phone and the website. Strong customer service skills and a passion for learning are necessary to excel at this job!

Group Coordinator

The Adventure Park is THE place to host any Group event. This can range from small birthday parties, to large sized corporate outings and school events. What makes events at the Park so special is not only our amazing courses and activities, but our commitment to making each event special, memorable and easy to organize for the lead person or parent. This person loves to be outside working with people one-on-one and will settle at nothing to make sure the guests’ experience is second to none. The Group Coordinator must be a fast thinker and be able to think outside the box when it comes to group activities and problem solving. This is a 9 month position which could potentially turn into year round with the right person!
